All products meet ISO 9001 production specifications.
Polycarbonated
Polycarbonate sheets are the best housing solution for various constructions. Some of their advantages are that they are flexible, light, transparent, have a UV radiation shield and great mechanical strength with high thermal insulation. They tend to be placed wherever we want to use outdoor light to illuminate indoor spaces.
Polycarbonates are divided into cellular and solid. Honeycombs are commonly used in pergolas, industrial buildings, greenhouses and various interior structures. Their thicknesses are available in sheets with a width of 210 and a length of 600 meters. Solids are used in stadium canopies, transport stands, engine covers and any structure with extremely high fracture resistance. Their thicknesses start from 7mm and reach up to 12mm, with dimensions of 210 width and 600 length.
There are several accessories and accessories for the installation of polycarbonates.
All polycarbonates come with a 10-year breakage guarantee if they are installed as per their specifications.
Baboo
Reed made from whole bamboo reeds with a diameter of 14-20mm.
Here the weaving is special, the reeds are pierced one by one and thick galvanized wire is passed inside the body of the reeds every 300-350mm.
Its beige-yellow color makes it look like "furniture" when glazed.
It is of excellent quality, durability and aesthetics.
Wicker
Reeding made of wooden bars of solid leptokarya, in natural brown color, woven with galvanized wire, every 100-120mm approx.
Sections: 08 - 10 mm
Dimensions :
- 150 x 300
- 200 x 300
- 100 x 500
- 150 x 500
- 200 x 500
Membranes & Sealants
Ceramic roof membranes
Breathable Ceramic Roofing Membrane
It is a 3-layer ceramic roofing membrane, vapor permeable (breathable), but absolutely moisture-insulating and protects roofs from condensation, rain, snow, dust and all weather conditions.
Due to its high vapor permeability, it simultaneously allows the ventilation of the house from the inside.
This membrane is produced in a wide variety of grams per square meter, it is recommended for use on tiled roofs or not. The film above is of Czech origin.
Asphalt Tile Roofing Membrane
The bituminous membrane is a special ceramic roof waterproofing membrane. It is easy to install, has a low weight and is produced in long rolls. The membrane is reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric. The lower surface is covered with polyethylene film while the upper surface is covered with polyethylene film or quartz sand.
PHYSICAL - CHEMICAL PROPERTIES
Asphalt mixture
• completely waterproof
Polyester fabric
• good tensile strength and correspondingly high elongation
• good tear resistance
• very good resistance to static loading
PACKING
The dimensions of the film rolls are 30m long and 1m wide (other dimensions are available upon special order from the customer).
Asphalt Membranes
Elastomeric Asphalt Membrane
The elastomeric bitumen membrane is a high-quality waterproofing membrane whose bitumen mixture consists of refinery bitumen and elastomers (SBS).
The membrane has as a reinforcement non-woven polyester (P), or glass felt (V) and as a top coating polyethylene film (F), aluminum foil (ALU), mineral tesserae (M) of natural gray color or colored tesserae (white, red, green ). Alternatively, quartz sand or talc can be used.
The lower surface in all types of Elastomeric membrane is covered by a polyethylene film suitable for fluistor use.
A margin of 10cm width is left free from mosaic, or aluminum to create the union with the adjacent sheet. This area is covered by a special plastic film which prevents the roll from sticking together, while it melts easily when exposed to the torch flame.
Plastic Asphalt Membrane
This bituminous membrane is a plastomer waterproofing membrane whose bituminous mixture consists of refinery bitumen and thermoplastic polymers (IPP, APP). The membrane has as reinforcement non-woven polyester (P) or glass felt (V) and as top coating mineral tesserae (M) of natural gray color, colored tesserae (white, red, green) or talc (T). Alternatively, quartz sand or polyethylene film can be used. The lower surface on all types of plastomer film is covered by a polyethylene film suitable for fluistor use.
A margin of 10cm width is left free from tessellation to create the joint with the adjacent sheet. This area is covered by a special plastic film which prevents the roll from sticking together, while it melts easily when exposed to the flame of the torch.
Cane
Reed is a perennial plant with upright shoots and several leaves. Produced in Greece and imported from various Asian countries. Its processing is the cleaning of the leaves, its sorting and the mandatory disinsection.
The qualities are sufficient and its natural color is blond yellow which of course can be painted or varnished at the customer's choice. Its cross-section is from 19mm to 22mm.
The import rod comes from Asian countries, its color is light yellow and its cross-section starts from 2mm-3mm and 4mm-6mm.
There are also split rods for shading installations as well as rod blinds with ROLL-TOP mechanisms.
Their dimensions vary.
